Paola Naugès was born in Paris. In addition to her career as a creative director, Paola works as an illustrator and a cartoonist in New York. From editorial cartoons published in the Wall Street Journal to children’s book illustrations, she depicts her surrounding world filtered with a touch of poetry, humor or irony in each of her drawings.

Often asked to create personalized illustrations and cards for her friends, she launched By Paola as a natural continuation of her passion for drawing.
